Family Discount on Tuition Fee
Family discount on tuition fee is offered to families that have more than one child enrolled at NIVA. The tuition fee for families of multiple children admitted to study at NIVA shall follow the following schedule:

Timely Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid two weeks before classes begin; reminders will be sent to parents and guardians four-weeks prior to the beginning of classes. Late payments can be accommodated for a maximum of ten (10) school days counting from the first day of the quarter. After ten days, the student will be asked to stay home until the parent/guardian/financial guarantor is able to pay or make a clear arrangement with the school.
Installment Administration Charges
All installment payments are charged 1,500 Baht per payment for administrative purposes.
Accident Insurance Plan
All NIVA students are required to join the school’s accident insurance plan, which will cover up to 40,000 Baht per case for medical expenses. All additional expenses incurred will have to be borne by the parents and guardians.
Textbook Deposit
The textbook deposit is a one-time fully refundable payment for loaning textbooks from the school. The loaned books must be returned in good condition and without any writing or markings in them. In order for the school to refund the deposit, the student must return all school properties including library books, locker keys, student ID and other school materials that may be required. Students must complete the School Leaving Clearance form and secure the signatures of all the responsible
school officials within two weeks of withdrawing from the school.
Meal Plan
All NIVA students are required to be on the school’s meal plan. Kindergarten students will be provided with morning and afternoon snacks and a buffet lunch while elementary, middle and high school students will be provided with a morning snack and a buffet lunch. The charges are as follows:

Language Development Fees
Students who are admitted as requiring language development will be classified under two categories; Intensive English (IE) and Language Support (LS) students. IE students study separately for English, Reading, Social Studies, and Science classes while LS students remain in the mainstream and receive additional help for Reading and English Language Arts..
IE 30,000 Baht per semester in addition to the tuition fee
LS 20,000 Baht per semester in addition to the tuition fee
NIVA Parent School Council (NPSC) Fee
The NIVA Parent School Council (NPSC) is essentially the parents’ representative council that represents parents concerns to the school in order to maintain a cooperative and collaborative school environment for positive outcomes on student learning and achievement. The NPSC membership fee is 200 Baht per family per school year. It is collected to facilitate the functions of the NPSC executive committee meetings and their plans for NIVA parents and students.
Transportation Service Charges
The school transportation service between home, school and home is optional but highly recommended. The transportation charges are pro-rated based on the distance between home and school. The rates ranges from 2,500 to 5,500 Baht per month. The school will subsidize charges above 4,500 Baht but not exceeding 1000 Baht per month nor exceeding nine months.
Kindergarten Supervision Fee
The kindergarten is managed from 07:00 to 14:30. Parents are expected to pick up their children not later than 15:00. Late pick-ups are charged additionally at 200 Baht per hour.
Refunds
Tuition fees paid in advance are refundable when a student withdraws or is dismissed from school. The student will be required to sign the School Leaving Clearance form and clear all obligations with the school which includes returning of loaned textbooks, library books, locker keys, student ID and other school materials.
No refund is available for quarterly payments
The refund on semester and yearly payments are as follow:
K 1 to K 3 25,000 Baht / remaining quarter
G 1 to G 4 28,000 Baht / remaining quarter
G 5 to G 8 30,000 Baht / remaining quarter
G 9 to G 12 32,000 Baht / remaining quarter
* Catering charges paid in advance will be refunded in full for the amoung not used.
